Evodia, also known as the "Honey Tree" due to its ability to produce high-quality honey, is a flowering plant species that is native to China and widely cultivated for its ornamental and medicinal properties.
DETAILS:
The bee-bee tree is beloved by bees and beekeepers alike because of the timing of its blooms. In mid- and late summer (July and August), when nectar is scarce, the bee tree produces masses of flat white clusters of flowers that are similar to elderflowers. The flowers are small, fragrant, sometimes with a pink or yellow hue, and are very attractive to honeybees and other pollinators.
BONUS:
To those who adopt Bee-bee Tree, we will gift 22 jars of honey obtained from the nectar of alpine meadows.
